I did give up caffeine four years ago, but that was only for six months. At the same time I was also cutting out spicy foods, tomatoes and anything with citrus. Once you cut out both the caffiene and all the citrus stuff, there's very little left to drink but tap water. (Even the flavored waters at the store contain citric acid.) Besides, I missed having my super powers. Yes and no. I did give up caffeine four years ago, but that was only for six months.
