		<description>The barrel is surrounded by miniature surface-to-air batteries.  If a mosquito tries getting anywhere near it, they open fire.  In the event that a mosquito somehow makes it through that, there are teams of miniature frogmen standing by 24x7, prepared to battle them on or below the surface.  The frogmen are equipped with an armada of small watercraft, equipped for both submersible and surface warfare.

And if after all that a mosquito somehow manages to lay eggs in the water, I've also placed a mosquito dunk in the water which releases BT microbes which destroy the larvae before they can mature.
