Dear Laura,
July 4th is just around the corner and Buster is no doubt planning to attend a local Independence Day parade. July 4th is as important to the nation's dogs as it is to the humans and Buster was using the toilet paper to make confetti for the parade.
Congratulations to Buster for demonstrating such resourcefulness.
