Dear Wylie,

My house is full of strange humans and they're cooking all sorts of things that smell yummy. It's all very confusing, but very exciting too. What's going on?

Riley
Gaithersburg, MD

Dear Riley,

This is the time of year when humans throughout the United States gather to give thanks for the blessings they've received over the past year. Part of this celebration is a feast called "Thanksgiving."

This is also the time of year when dogs throughout the United States reflect on the question asked by the philosopher Gary Larson, "Isn't a roast turkey dinner with all the trimmings worth the price of a swat on the nose with a rolled up newspaper?"

WOOF!
Wylie
